I was raised in Westminster and received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stevenson University. I’ve spent 30 years in the area so I know Carroll, Frederick, Baltimore, Howard and Harford counties like the back of my hand.

Personally, I am a very lucky man. I am honored to have married my high school sweetheart, Sara. I have a beautiful daughter named Palmer and twin boys, Magnus and Donovan. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and our Italian Mastiff, Nadia. When not out helping clients, I can be found in the weight room or out enjoying the outdoors.

First and most importantly, thank you for visiting our site. I’ve been in real estate for 15 years and during that time have seen a full market cycle crammed into about 5 years, which has resulted in millions of hardships across the country.
At this point, everyone knows someone who has gone through a housing hardship. As a real estate practitioner, it was hard to watch what happened after the bubble burst, knowing it was as a result of greed and irresponsibility; a lot of accountability that was spread around.
Personally, it hit me hard because I’ve lived through a bankruptcy with my family and the subsequent after effects, so I’m highly empathetic to the duress, embarrassment, and burden it can bring. However, I also lived through the recovery and have seen the opportunity that can eventually come about once out of this fog. As a result of my family’s experience and my passion for helping others through real estate, I’m proud to be a part of a company that offers solutions to circumvent further hardship.

I started my career in real estate as a buyers agent showing run-down bank owned homes to first time home buyers looking for something in their price range that needed “some work”. Being new to the real estate industry I was completely shocked to see how fast newer homes turned into dilapidated homes after going through the foreclosure process.
Once I started to become familiar with all the run down homes in the area, those first time home buyers turned into investors looking for their next rehab. Which lead me to specializing in selling distressed homes to first time home buyers ready to swing a hammer and investors searching for their next home to revive! Not long after diving into the real estate investing world, I realized that there are too many people struggling to keep a roof over their heads simply because they don’t know all their options.
That’s when it became my passion to get in front of the foreclosure process and help prevent people from foreclosing on their home. By providing my clients with all their options and taking the time to talk through the advantages of each strategy, I am able to help them through a tough time.
When I’m not helping clients, I am looking for adventure. From traveling to building cars, boating, riding dirt bikes or flying a jetpack. I grew up in Prince George’s County and have lived in Anne Arundel County for the last 8 years. I have become more familiar with Carroll County and the community feel over the last 9 years since I met my wife, Mindi. My wife was born and raised in Westminster and her entire family still resides in the the County. Mindi and I have been blessed with 4 daughters over the last 4 years and we are often at her parents hanging out with our family.
I graduated from Johns Hopkins University where I was a member of the 2005 National Championship Lacrosse team. I lived in Baltimore City for three years prior to moving to Anne Arundel County.
I have been in the mortgage business for over 11 years, the best part of my job is helping others achieve their life-long goal of purchasing a new home. In being in the mortgage business for over a decade, I have come to realize strengthening relationships and helping others financially isn’t my job, it is my passion.
